Providers face unparalleled issues with retention due to the labor shortage, rising payroll costs, increasing overtime, and state reimbursement models that are not as supportive as competitive pay rates as were in the past. Turnover averages 30% but is higher for many providers. An engaged workforce typically has better retention rates which helps drive organizational productivity.
Research indicates providers would benefit from an employee awards, incentive, and points system if it is designed correctly.
MITC has held discussions with numerous providers and associations during 2019, and is planning to launch a new application: “Employee Awards and Incentives” in later this year.
Join us for a webinar on Thursday, July 18th at 2:00pm EDT where John Graham, MITC CEO and Software Architect, will present the ideas MITC and your colleagues have come up with so far.
