A multi-state agency successfully deployed Agency Workforce Management’s mySchedules to help organize over 2,000 staff. The provider manages residential service, independent living, assisted living, community-based supports, day and respite programs. They also provide services to 1,500 children+, adolescents, and adults with significant needs.
All 2,000 staff can now view their schedules, view the schedules of their group home or clients they work with, request time off, view open positions, and request extra work.
