This model emphasizes community inclusion\, building natural relationships\, and personalized care\, offering an alternative to traditional group homes by focusing on independence in a family-style setting. \nHowever\, when two or three people in the same home share a direct support professional for tasks like meal preparation\, shopping\, transportation\, and personal care\, providers sometimes struggle with complying with EVV and tracking billing and payroll. \n\nSome software requires the care giver to clock-in with each individual simultaneously and clock-out simultaneously. This often results in the care giver forgetting one or more clock-ins.\nSome software requires the care giver to clock-in to one system for payroll and track documentation and EVV in another system.
