Alabama Already Done Implementing EVV

On October 1, 2017, the Alabama Medicaid Agency implemented an Electronic Visit Verification and Monitoring (EVVM) system for HCBS waiver service clients. The state entered a contract with AuthentiCare for this system. Providers do not have the option to use another EVV system.
