MITC allows our managers to review and approve timesheets from anywhere, eliminating the need to print and hand deliver them across our nine locations. Team members can fix their own time, reducing timesheet errors and easing HR’s workload. The PTO tracking feature has also been a helpful bonus.
Scheduling for all programs
MITC’s scheduling system works well for both our nursing home and CILA settings. The web access has made scheduling much more flexible and efficient, especially during COVID. Staff can clock in from various locations, which helped reduce cross-contamination and keep our operations running smoothly.
