With Advanced Bed Check, staff can be required to clock-in for each bed check, take a picture of the bedroom and complete bed check documentation before clocking out of the bed check.

myCheckIn Standard is used by providers managing group homes and HCBS programs to help ensure employees are awake, have not left the location during a shift and performed bed checks at the required times. myCheckIn time stamps check-ins in real-time. If a staff member does not check in on a resident within a designated timeframe, alerts can be generated by text or text-to-voice phone call.

What’s the difference between Advanced Bed Check and myCheckin?

  • Set up each client.
  • With Advanced Bed Check employees clock-in/out of each bed check (does not impact payroll).
  • Telephone Timekeeping can be used but Selfie is not supported.
  • Both have a documentation option
  • Only Advanced Bed Check can stop an employee clocking-out from the bed check if documentation is incomplete
