As MITC works to help providers solve ever more complex problems, the need for existing and potential new customers to receive practical advice on implementation and procedural issues, independent of software solutions, grows. Certified Consultants help other providers more effectively align their people and practices with the agency’s goals. Agency “C” levels can often provide a more in-depth view that will be assimilated with less obstacles.

Certified Trainers
MITC is seeking Certified Trainers who can provide technical services to new and existing customers. The number of providers adopting MITC agency solutions each year has been accelerating. The number of applications providers use increases each year. The rate of change is likely to increase significantly with EVV mandates becoming effective and the roll out of MITC EHR solutions. Our goal is to continue to provide one-on-one services as the most effective way to help agencies learn how to deploy new technology. Managing the swings in the volume of orders though can get difficult.
Certified Trainers:

- Provide technical services to new and existing customers
- Help MITC with implementations by providing wrap around services
- You may have skill sets unrelated to MITC in areas such as payroll software, benefits administrations, learning management, assistive technology, information technology and more. As long as these services do not conflict with MITC goals, MITC will help promote them

MITC will fully disclose your role to other parties to avoid any appearance of conflict of interest and to encourage them to invest the time required to appreciate the advice being offered.
MITC will maintain a Certified Consultant and Trainer Resource Guide that is provided to all new customers, published on the MITC website and advertised periodically to all other agencies.
For services approved by MITC, MITC will reimburse your agency.
