Client Profiles is one of my favorite MITC features. It gives our DSPs secure, centralized access to the info they need while avoiding the risks of printed documents. We control who sees what and can remove access instantly. It’s efficient, safe, and fully customizable.
Customizable Progress Notes for each client
One impactful feature is the ability to customize progress notes for each individual. MITC lets us generate them automatically, saving hours we used to spend manually printing each note to PDF. It’s been a huge time saver!
