In these times of funding uncertainty, providers are looking for new ways to produce internal efficiencies and reduce their cost structures. AI is one of many opportunities.
Microsoft Copilot is an AI assistant that helps administrative employees complete everyday tasks more efficiently. For human service agencies, its greatest value is reducing the administrative workload that takes time away from employees, managers, and the individuals they support. Copilot can help staff communicate more effectively, manage information, analyze data, prepare documents, and organize responsibilities.
However, like any technology Copilot needs to be used appropriately by the appropriate staff for the appropriate tasks if for no other reasons than preventing agencies being burdened with the cost of unused or under-utilized licenses.
Join us for this free training for agencies on Thursday, November 19th at 2pm ET to learn more about AI and Copilot, and provide clear guidance on how, whom and when to use Copilot and other related software.
