GPS requires employees to clock in at the correct time and location, blocking early and late punches. This has reduced overtime and stopped the “showing up late but clocking in early” problem. It also improves the accuracy of our timesheets and staff accountability. Our staff also really like being able to clock in with MITC right from their phones because it’s easy and convenient.

Before MITC, we used paper time tracking and had to export data between systems, which was time consuming. After switching to electronic tracking, MITC lets us track everyone’s hours and maintain staff accountability in one easy-to-use system. I like everything in one software package.

MITC makes tracking PTO and sick time so much easier. Employees have to match their schedule to clock in, and the system keeps accurate records of how much time they’ve used and accumulated. Before, I spent hours manually calculating PTO for 65 people, but now it’s all automated.
